Last night the Forney City Council held a public hearing pertaining to the rezoning of 905 E. Broad st. The City Council asked many good questions during the discussion which resulted in the applicant’s reassurance that the zoning change was not needed. You can see a quick mash-up of that discussion below. Thank you to everyone on City Council for seeing this issue through to a mutually acceptable resolution. I hope to see the P&Z Commission and City Council do the same for 903 E. Broad st. in November.
