On Tuesday February 8th, a Planning & Zoning meeting originally scheduled for February 3rd will be held. Action item 6 on the agenda pertains to a final plat consisting of 15.419 acres being considered for what is referred to as Woodlands Crossing. The plat is located on the 18.443 acres of land now owned by H E B LP, the site that a potential future HEB grocery store is to be located.
