Community Life Church held a ground breaking for their Forney campus expansion in November of 2019. Since then, the world has experienced many changes in everyday life due to the pandemic. As you can imagine, the leadership team at CLife Church has had to navigate many challenges throughout the last year and a half. One of the many challenges has been keeping the construction of it’s Forney campus expansion on track.
Community Life Church held it’s first service at a Forney elementary school in 2006. Over the next decade the church expanded into a permanent campus at an old skating rink in Forney, and locations now include three other campuses in Kaufman, Sunnyvale, and Rockwall. With the growth Forney has experienced over the past decade the need for additional space became apparent. Nearly two years after breaking ground on their new building they are opening more doors for the Forney community.
CLife has always been an exceptional community partner. Throughout the years they have contributed to community events, provided support for Forney residents during the tornado that ripped through the city, opened their doors during the great freeze of 2020, and provided leadership for students and athletes at area schools just to name a few of the countless examples of ways they have given back to the community they call home.
